Please read carefully. By using LendPoint.org or applying for a loan, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclaimers. If anything is unclear, contact us at 1-800-555-0142 before proceeding.
LendPoint.org offers short-term payday loans ranging from $100 to $1,000 with repayment terms of 7 to 30 days. These are high-cost credit products intended to address short-term, unexpected financial needs — not as a solution for long-term debt or ongoing expenses.
Representative example: Borrowing $500 for 14 days with a $75 finance charge results in a total repayment of $575 and an APR of approximately 391%. APR is calculated as (finance charge ÷ amount borrowed) × (365 ÷ loan term in days) × 100.
Your actual APR, finance charge, fees, payment schedule, and total repayment amount will be disclosed in your loan agreement in compliance with the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA) before you sign. Never accept a loan without reading these documents in full.
Short-term loans carry significantly higher APRs than traditional credit products such as credit cards or personal loans. Typical payday loan fees range from $10 to $30 per $100 borrowed. Rolling over or renewing a loan adds new fees without reducing the principal balance, which can substantially increase your total cost. Borrow only what you need and what you are confident you can repay on time.
Payday lending is regulated at the state level, and laws differ significantly. Loan amounts, maximum fees, allowable terms, rollover rules, and cooling-off periods vary by state. Some states restrict or prohibit payday lending entirely.
LendPoint.org only offers products that comply with the laws of your state of residence. If a product is not available in your state, we will inform you during the application process and will not attempt to circumvent state law.
"Next business day funding" refers to applications that are approved and completed before the daily funding cutoff time on a business day. Actual deposit times depend on your bank's processing schedules. Applications completed on weekends, federal holidays, or after the cutoff may be funded on the following business day or later. Funding times are estimates, not guarantees.
Failure to repay your loan on time may result in late fees, additional interest where permitted by state law, collection activity, and negative reporting to credit bureaus. Unpaid debts may be referred to third-party collection agencies. If you anticipate difficulty repaying, contact us before your due date to discuss available options under your state's laws.
